Every company is unique, and has its own individual training requirements, which is why we offer in-house training. Our in-house training offers ultimate flexibility and value for money because:
• The content is tailored to meet your specific needs and budget. We can incorporate your company policy and procedures into the training package to ensure that our training fits your company culture.
• The training can be delivered on your premises thus saving or reducing venue costs.
• The training can be delivered via our E-learning platform.
• In-house training promotes improved communications and skill sharing within your team.
Our in-house training comes in three forms:
1. In-house courses
All of our advertised short courses can be run at your own premises (or ours) exclusively for your staff. We will tailor the course content, case studies and materials to suit your particular needs and working environment.
2. Customised courses and qualifications
Our customised courses offer a bespoke solution for your training needs. By taking account of your unique requirements we can produce a course and qualification specifically tailored to your business, your working environment, and your precise training needs. We can, for example, combine modular elements from more than one of our existing courses, or produce an entirely new course that is unique to you. Customised courses can be delivered face-to-face as short coursres or via an online training platform. There are different advantages to each option; face-to-face training provides more opportunities for learning centred around practical exercises and is a good environment for team building, whereas online training offers an excellent and cost-effective method of training a large number of people in the same topic. Online learning is also a flexible method of fitting regular learning into the work routine.
3. Consultancy designed courses and qualifications
This is our ultimate training package. Working with you, we can review and assess your training needs either in a particular area or aspect or your business, or across a wide range of issues. The review includes a 'training needs survey' designed not only to identify areas where additional training would be beneficial, but also to identify the views of managers and staff about the issues they face and the training they require.
Once our review is complete we will provide a full written report and verbal feedback detailing our finding, analysis, and training and qualification recommendations. This allows you to choose the specific type of training you require. This bespoke training can be delivered face-to-face or online with options to add to and enhance learning materials. For example, if a new issue emerges in your field (e.g. say terrorism) this can be added to your existing Perpetuity training package. This allows training programmes to grow and develop ensuring that they continue to meet the core aims and objectives of the company.
